I started suffering from Arthiritis at an very early age. Thirty to be exact. I was told by my PCP that there was a good possiblity that I might end up in a wheelchair early in life. I freaked!! I told him NO WAY! I am bound and dertrimend that, that is not going to happen! I started walking more and I went to the store and bought Triple Flex. It is loaded with 1500 mg of Glucosamine and 1200 mg of Chondrotine. For those of you that do not know exactly what Arthiritis is but have heard of it...it is an diease that destroys and eats the cartliage between your joints. It can become very painful and disabilitating. The purpose of taking the Glucosamine and Chondrotine is to repair and help protect the cartalige in your joints. I take 3 tablets a day. I choose to take them all at once so I dont forget. You may take them 3 times a day if you wish. The bottle says that you will not notice a difference for 4-6 weeks. After me taking them for 3 days I could tell a difference. No more laying in bed hurting at night. No more waking up stiff jointed in the morning. I strongly incourage any one who is experiencing the same thing that I am to try this product.
