Do You Wanna Get Rocked? By Rodney Ray on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This little unit is very simple and fun to use I wouldn't attempt to play out with it anywhere because it just simply isn't loud enough. It has an awesome unexpected sound for such a small unit. There are no controls other than the pedal switch itself. Plugging your guitar into it turns it on. The level of distortion is controlled by the volume switch on your guitar. I honestly would have never bought a pedal from any other manufacturer for such a low price but the knowledge that Danelectro Has been making pedals since 1947, so I thought if anyone could make it work they could; and they did. I have really enjoyed the Danelectro J-16 it was a pleasant surprise to have a little unit like this that works so well. If I lost or broke it I would definitely buy another just like it. In all my experiences this is the best full distortion low volume unit I have ever tried. You can also daisy chain through the peddle to a normal amplifier and use it as a distortion peddle only. I would and have recommended this product to any one searching for such an item it's a great little unit at a great price.
