At first the thought of a dog backpack crossed my thoughts as rather mean. I thought about it, and realised that if myself, and others in the group were going to be carrying packs, why not the dog!? keep in mind, that I did not put anything overly heavy in there! The things it stored were a couple bottles of water, the leash for the dog, and some ziploc bags with food! Turns out, the dog was capable to carry her own weight - and the supplies that were needed for her for the trip.

The backpack was pretty durable, it got wet and dried quickly - I was impressed with the material. There was one thing that I was not impressed with though, at the end of the four day trip the seams were coming apart in three places. It was bought online, and it was too much too return it - so I had my mother re-sew the seams. It is okay, but I would prefer that the product be constructed better. I more than likely will not purchase from the company again.
