You can actually see how they make the tags on their website. These tags are not just good for dogs you can use them on your luggage, as a medical ID, military, personal message and more. You are allowed up to 5 lines of text and you will receive the following with your order 2 x Military grade stainless steel dogtags with custom embossing,

2 x Tag connectors (Long chain, short chain, braided wire, keyring, or snap-hook) ,2 x Rubber silencers in choice of 6 colors. After you put in your information you can see what your tags will look like right there on their site. The one thing I would suggest that if you use these for your animals don't add the rubber silencers, I did this and it came off from both of the tags. I guess it could be because my dogs are rough.
