Dogopoly

This board game was a phenomenal way to introduce my daughter to money and economics. She's an animal lover and has a particular love for dogs. She has been counting money for some time; however, my wife and I thought it would be a good idea to begin teaching her basic principles of exchange, budgeting, etc. We were Christmas shopping last year and saw the Dogopoly version of Monopoly. What a perfect way to introduce our little girl, the dog lover, to money and banking.

We have had hours of family enjoyment playing this game together. Board games are a wonderful pastime for us as a family. It allows us to spend time together without distractions from TV etc. We have really enjoyed Dogopoly. The rules are the same as the traditional monopoly, but in a dog world. Free Parking is replaced by Free Barking and the Jail is replaced by the Kennel.

Definitely a hit in our household!
