I purchased the Doodle Bear as a gift for my friends three year old little girl. The Doodle Bear has a key chain latch attached to it. It also comes with its own marker. My friends little girl loves the Doodle Bear. She can draw anthing she wants on the bear using the marker. The Doodle Bear is machine washable, so once it is washed she can draw on it again. The bear is small so it can easily go into a coat pocket or diaper bag. I'm not sure if her parents like the Doodle Bear as much as she does. Since the bear comes with a marker there is the chance that she might decide to draw on furniture or walls. If you have a small child that is playing with the Doodle Bear you might want to keep a close eye on them to make sure they draw on the bear and nothing else.
