Little children seen to like anything with Dora, from little girls to little boys. I was looking for a gift , that a three year old could play with. Anything with markers or color crayons wasn't good for her, because she tends to write on everything. So i thought maybe this would be ok. She is into Dora and this is portable and she can carry it with her. It has a plastic see thru pouch with a handle and a pocket to store the pieces in. She can increase her imagination as she places the felt pieces on the playing board. The colorform stick ons are soft colorful felt pieces, that your children can't get hurt on. Included in the set is a board for play (15"x12") and 33 felt pieces. You have different Doras to make scenes with her friends like Swiper the Fox, Boots, Tico,Backpack, and Map. I think she might even just like to look at the pieces and name each character.

As with most toys, there are some small pieces, so this isn't recommended for ages under three.
