This building set by Mega Brands is really fun for your little Dora fan. My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves Dora the Explorer, and she really likes her toddler building sets. This is a great combination of a block set and a playset all in one. You get to build the backyard treehouse, but it also comes with lots of pre-made pieces to enjoy, such as Dora, Boots, Swiper, and Isa figures. Dora can play in her own backyard playground on the swingset, slide, sandbox, and fort. It is compatible with all the other Dora sets by Mega Brands and also works well with Duplo figures and blocks.

I would have to say that the fort part is a bit difficult for a two year old to understand how to build, but would probably be very appropriate for a 3.5-4 year old. Still, if I build the majority of the structure, my 2 year old can help put the finishing touches on it. She also comes up with some neat creations of her own for Dora to play on! The blocks are easy for little hands to grasp and manipulate, and the sets are fun for them to play with once built. This is defnitely a set that we can expand upon and will get use out of for several years.
