Dr. Grip Mechanical Pencil By tbk06 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I really like this pencil. As with all Dr. Grip writing tools, the grip is the most comfortable that I have experienced. It keeps your hands from being too sore especially after writing for hours and hours. It's a relatively large pencil and sort of fat but the comfort of the gel cushion makes up for that. There is also a metal tube inside which moves around when you shake it allowing for lead to come out without having to use your thumb on the end of the pencil. The eraser is small so I would advise to have a seperate eraser for when you want to erase. It has been very reliable and I've used it for years without any real wearing down of the pencil, altho the color has phaded, the pencil itself is in perfect working condition. I would recommend this pencil as long as you don't lose it, considering it's a five dollar pencil.
