Dr. Scholl's Heel Gel Cushion By Sneha Rr on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

As you know my work requires me to stand for hours on end and this has led to painful heels for me. No problems anywhere else. So I decided to give Dr. Scholl's Gel Heel Cushions a try. It helps a lot and fits well in my running shoes. Takes a lot of pressure off my heels and keeps me pain free. It absorbs shock well so my feet aren't so tired at the end of the day. It comes in men's and women's sizes. If you're suffering from pain like me give these a try. If you want comfort all over I suggest the massaging gel insoles. These are about 13 bucks. Remember these take up room as they are sized for your entire feet and may make your shoes tighter which can also create more pain. Your shoes should fit comfortably and not be too tight. That's why I choose only the heel cushions because I figured this might be a problem for me.
