I bought this for when my womanly time of the month comes I start to breakout so I needed to find something that would help with my problem. I've seen this product around & decided to try it when I had a $10 off coupon at Bath & Body Works. I followed the directions, rinsed face, squeezed cleanser into palm, rub onto face in circular motion, then rinse. I did this twice a day & noticed it left my skin feeling clean & made the breakouts subside but, also it really made my skin soft with all those exfoliating beads in it. (I'm not so sure what the ingredients exactly are so that's why I gave it a 4.5.) The real test was when my teenage Brother came to visit & needed a really good facial cleanser. He has really bad acne so I had him try it. It has made his acne subside but, it didn't totally stop it, I think he needs a dermatologist for his degree of acne though. I recommend this product if you don't have major acne.
