Dreamy Soft Pillows
By Candida Eittreim on - Updated Oct 15, 2011I've had a difficult time for years falling asleep. My doctor suggested looking at down pillows to help me be more comfortable in bed. Because down is a 100% natural product, it insulates well. It is also one of the cooler pillow stuffings.
So Froggy began her research into down pillow territory and hyperventilated immediately over the prices. This simply wouldn't do. So with her usual flair for sniffing out bargains, the hunt was on for the best buy:) And found it at Macy's.
These are simply lovely pillows. All goosey fat and plump encased in a 350 white cover with blue trim. yummmmmm. You can take this outer cover and wash it to keep your pillows looking and smelling fresh. You can also wash the pillows themselves, due to the fact they are eco-down. Which meansd they have been pre-treated and washed to eliminate dust and mites. Great for allergy sufferers too.
I love these particular pillows because the offer me great support-I am a side sleeper, and keep me cool at night. Down is one of the rare pillow stuffings that can easily mold itself to your head and shoulders. Good down pillows are sold with differing weights and ratings. There are pillows for back or tummy sleepers, as well as for side sleepers.
The fill power is an indication of the downs quality. The higher the fill power, the better the lofting, shape retention and insulation. At 650 fill power it takes actually less down, than bedding stuffed with 550. If you want to try a superior pillow that cradles you in downy comfort, give these wonderfully dreamy pillows a try.
Update On May 01, 2008: LOL! I might be a dedicated bargain hunter, but the reduced price is actually $99.00, which still is $100.000 off the regular price right now at Macy's.

HOLY BARGAIN HUNTER!!!! You totally scored a $200 pillow for $10?!?! I love you! Will you be my new shopping buddy? ;-)
looks like you got a huge bargain on the pillow ! Good score
You really found a bargain. I need new pillows, but I doubt I'll be able to find any at such a great price!
I want one of these, I haven't been able to find a pillow yet that is comfortable. Thanks, hope I can get as good a deal as you did.
I was in awe at first that you got $200 pillows for $9.99 and about had my shoeson to run to Macy's, lol. Thanks for updating the price, $99 is still a decent deal for a good pillow.
Oh these sound heavenly! We are in need of some GOOD pillows!
I like the Sealy pillows I got recently. Very comfortable and not to pricey.
I prefer down pillows too, definitely anything but foam!
I'm glad you added your update, because I was about to say that you got SOME deal! I agree that down is the best, and even at $99 it sounds like these are a good bet.
I prefer down pillows also, and have been sleeping on the same old one for centuries! LOL! This sounds so comfy! And a good buy, even at $99.00. LOL!
