My daughter has always been involved in various sporting activities but softball has been her favorite. When she began playing, I noticed that some of the players were using metal bats which improved their hitting greatly. One of her team mates let her try out their bat and she fell in love with it. The bat is lighter and does aid in hitting. She liked it so much that we went out and bought her very own aluminum bat.
Easton is well known for their fantastic bats. This one is made out of 7050 aircraft alloy and weighs a 11.5 ounces which is pretty lightweight when compared to the old fashioned wooden bats. It is an evenly balanced bottle bat which allows for maximum swing speed. They come in various colors and have clearcoat finishes on them. There are also various graphics on each bat which makes them unique. Other features include: an ultra thin 29/32" tapered handle and a Pro Track cushioned grip. Each bat meets bat performance standards. This is easily the best bat my daughter has owned. I highly recommend it to anyone who plays fastpitch softball.

My daughter, when she played BobbySox fell in love with the lighter weight aluminum bats. She said it improved her hitting 90%! Especially against those curve balls really good pitchers throw out during championship games.
We're not quite ready for this but we'll keep it in mind.
Sports are best played with good equipment. This does seem like a good quality bat. Thanks for sharing the information.
I used to play fastpitch softball & I tell you what-bats have really come a long way since when I played!! Tell your daughter to hold on to that bat because that is one of the best ones out there!!
This seems like a really great bat. Good equipment is so important when playing.
I've used alot of Easton bats. From time to time the pitcher throws an inside pitch that you catch a piece of and it stings your hands like crazy. Easton's grip takes the sting out of those wild pitches. I'm also short, and I've always found a good bat length in Easton.
Sounds like a great quality bat, I didn't realize that aluminum bats were that lightweight.
