Drive Yourself Happy By Rhonda Hull, Ph.D By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

"Drive Yourself Happy" by Rhonda Hull, Ph.D, is "a motor-vational maintenance manual for maneuvering through life". Dr. Hull has written this book to help keep us on track in our lives. She tells how to keep life from driving us crazy, and how to keep out of the fast lane so we can enjoy life more. And she writes the book in such an entertaining way, using motor vehicle and road sign terms throughout the book. Her advice is very wise and helpful, and I find this book a joy to read.

Some of the chapters are "Scenic Route", "U-Turn", "Slow - Children Playing" and "Toll Crossing". Each chapter takes us on a journey, and by the end of the book, when we have reached our destination, hopefully we will be happier and more contented "drivers".

I enjoyed this book very much, did get some great advice out of it, and intend to read it again.
