First of all this is a really pretty hair dryer. Laugh if you want, but I like my appliances to be pretty. This dryer is a nice, shiny purple which is what brought me to it in the first place. It also has a little ring on it so you can hang it from a hook instead of having to shove it into the over-the-door shoe hanger you've placed in your tiny bathroom... or you know, whatever you've got.

This product will dry your hair. It dries mine just fine. It seems to be a good product and has held up well for me. It's got a diffuser attachment and a nifty cold shot feature. You can also adjust the heat and power, which is common in a hair dryer but very important.

I'm not sure about the ion part. I have heard that it's good for your hair. I've also heard that it makes the hair dry faster. I don't know if either one of these claims is true. It seems like a regular old hair dryer to me. But if you're looking to add that negative charge to your look, then by all means go for it.

To sum up, I like this hair dryer. It wasn't too expensive, it looks pretty and it dries my hair. Plus it has those ions that may or may not be making my hair shiny and more manageable.
