What better way to keep watch of one's heart rate then to have it in a watch form. My husband suffers with high blood pressure and must participate in physical training and PT tests as he is serving in the USARMY. In order to put my mind at rest, I purchased this watch in order to monitor his heart rate during periods of exercise. This has been an excellent way to monitor his rates and provide information to his physician.

This watch is sized for both men and women. It is unique as it is a watch form which you wear on your wrist. The monitor has easily accessible function buttons, a durable resin case, and a comfortable resin wrist strap.
