Duracell Coppertop Batteries By Sparkle333 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I don't think that there has ever been a time in history where more things run on batteries! Let's face it, you just can't exist anymore without a good supply of batteries. We live in Northwest Florida, and we are constantly stocking up on batteries for hurricanes. Flashlight batteries and radio batteries, as well as touch light batteries are a necessity for survival in our part of the country.

As a stocking stuffer, my husband gave me an 8-pack of Duracell Coppertop AAA batteries. Since almost everything I own uses AA , C, or D batteries, I wondered what use I might find for these. Well immediately they came in handy when I purchased a travel mouse for my laptop. The batteries that were included with the mouse ran out in a few days. (Okay, I admit I write a lot on my laptop.) So I had to replace them very quickly with new AAA batteries. I was so happy that I had these on hand (which I wouldn't have, minus the stocking stuffer gift.)

They are alkaline batteries, with a complete guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. They are supposed to be the "longest lasting Coppertop" batteries ever. (I certainly will be putting them to the test with all my freelance writing and web browsing!) So far so good...
