Dustbuster Cordless Floor Vac Detachable Vac In One By JPnMO on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When a full-size vaccum isn't needed, I turn to my cordless floor vac. Black & Decker Dust Buster Cordless Floor Vac is good for small jobs, but not for heavy duty cleaning. I've used this on ceramic tile, hardwood floors and throw rugs.

I had owned a couple of these type vacs in the past. What drew me to this one was the regular size Dust Buster that is attached to the front of the cordless vac. You just pull it off and go to work, then snap it back into place. It couldn't be any easier. This has come in handly for smaller areas. I love the way they combined the two instead of having to find a place to store and recharge two separate items.

The vaccum is not perfect. It doesn't hold a charge as long as previous ones did. I can do a large size tile kitchen and hallway and then it's starting to run down. The attached Dust Buster doesn't seem to have as much suction as others I've used.

Overall, this is a great idea. It combines two items into one and takes up just a small amount of space. I've had mine for a few years, so maybe they've improved them by now. When I am ready for another one, I will research the various models and read what others have to say.
