It's a little bit intimidating and challenging when you first pull it out of it's package, but it packs a LARGE punch! The Dynaflex handheld gyroscope is designed to simulate a counterweight up to 30 pounds! Personally, it took me a few hours to figure out just how to get the gyroscope to keep rotating, every few seconds the ball would just stop. You see, it's all in the wrist, and how you rotate your wrist and position the ball will directly effect how the ball reacts. When you feel the force of the ball after it gets going your going to want to scream it feels so good. What's astounding is that it really works,you can actually feel your arms and wrists getting stronger in the first week! I'm happy that I bought this but wish i could have upgraded to a model with a digital meter inside to tell me how fast the gyroscope is actually spinning. The gyroscope is also fun for the family or your friends, everyone wants to give it a go!
