Dynex 7 Portable Dvd Player By slriver on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We purchased this Dynex Portable DVD Player to take on the airplane to help entertain our 5 year old daughter. We also used it on a 12 hour car ride on vacation this summer. When using it in the car, we were able to plug it directly into the cigarette lighter adapter in the van. We stayed in a cabin that did not have a TV so we were able to use the AC power adapter to watch DVD's. This product was easy to set up, and easy to use. It has a built in battery source. To charge the battery, you just need to plug the player into a power source. It takes about 5 hours to fully charge the battery which will last about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The DVD player comes with a lightweight remote. The remote is small but still easy to use. Overall the player is a good buy for the money. Screen size is small, but my daughter didn't mind.
