Ear Candling By poshpost on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Apart from diapers, I did not know that Huggies had Baby Lotion. But the last time I went to the grocery, they were on sale! As in Buy 100ml, Get another 100ml bottle. There were two variants--the other was Shea butter, but I got the combination Lavender and Chamomile scent because my baby is rather energetic. We hoped that the lavender would calm her down.

We are using it on our baby currently. Yes, it is mild, my baby did not have adverse reactions. And after application, my baby smelled so good. The scent is not so strong, but it kind of emphasizes my baby's natural scent, and so I like it.

However, I cannot say the same for its relaxing properties (I am not sure if they are claiming it anyway). My baby is just her the same energetic self, with or without lavender scented lotion.

I guess the scent doesn't work. We only continue to use it because it keeps my baby's skin soft as well as scented. Additionally, I always use lotion because I would massage my baby after each bath and the lotion enables me to stroke her efficiently. And I believe it feels good that way.
