Earth Shoes sandals are like being barefoot :
By Demon_Buttercup onLet me start by saying I am a very picky person when it comes to sandals.I refuse to wear any type of flip flop as I simply cannot stand that little nub between my toes. That fact alone usually cuts my sandal choice in half.I like a nice comfy sandal without any straps or contraptions - I just want to slip my foot in and go.
Which meant when I discovered the Earth Shoes slip on sandal at walmart in a very pretty pink I had to buy them.I had never had an Earth Shoes brand pair of shoes before, but I knew they were known for their comfort and at 14.96 I felt I was getting a good buy.
The bottom of the shoes are a soft comfy rubber with a soft insole. The tops are man-made leather and usually feature beadwork as a design. The first year I purchased them there were gorgeous color choices - pink, blue, and mint green. However, the past 2 years I have found myself with the choice of tan, cream, or white.I haven't needed a new pair each year, as a pair will usually last me 2 summers, it's just that when I see the new ones out, I want a new pair, lol.
Last but not least is the comfort these shoes provide. They are easier to drive the car in (which I have found isn't a feature of some of my sandals).Walking and navigating stairs is effortless.I have found that if you wear them for longer than 8-10 hours, your feet do become a little sore, but not nearly as bad as I have experienced with other summer footwear.
