I have always been plagued with insomnia, no matter what method I use, or try, my body over time build a tolerance and if that method worked, it wont work for long.

My cousin actually bought me a plastic spray bottle of Earth Therapeutics AntiStress Pillow Mist.

I was excited to try it, and hoped it would help get me to sleep.

I misted my pillow, and the scent was lovely. It had a hint of herbs and spices, that were warm and if the scent stuck around I thought it could definitely help get me to sleep.

Unfortunately the scent vanished as quickly as it came spraying out. It was such ashame too because it really could have worked had the scent stuck around on my pillow long enough. Unfortunately it does not.

Overall I found the product to not even be worth taking if it were given away for free.
