Easy Off Bam Multi Surface Cleaner By cafn8me on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
In my continuing quest to keep my house clean and free of grime, I recently decided to try Easy-Off BAM's newish product, a trigger spray with bleach. My first attack: my stovetop. After my darling husband had had a particularly messy episode with bacon, it was NOT a job I was looking forward to! I sprayed the cleanser onto the stovetop and let it sit for a few seconds. When I wiped it off (using only a cellulose scrubber-backed sponge), most of the grease came off in the first swipe! Excellent! I made quick work of scrubbing down the rest of the stove. Then I took my new spray with me to spruce up the kitchen counters, the bathroom fixtures and the mudroom, all with great success! I was a happy girl! Well, at least until I realized that the cleaner was performing another task all while I used it to scrub and de-gunk all my non-porous surfaces. It was eating the fingerprints right off my hands!
I know, I know...it's my own fault for not wearing the gloves recommended by the manufacturer. But jeez, this stuff is STRONG!!
Despite my fingerprint issue, I would definitely recommend this cleaner. Just be absolutely sure that you protect your hands with good, strong latex gloves. And with the strength of this cleaner, I'll be very careful that I use it only on recommended surfaces.
