Easy to Use Ab Roller

The ab roller supports your head and neck with the cushion while doing each repitition. This ab roller is going to specifically work on your abs and help eliminate the neck and back strain with regular situps. On the top of the ab roller is a soft foam grip so you do not slip and get a great grip.
All you have to do is use this ab roller a few minutes daily and you will see a difference. I hate doing regular situps, but do not mind using this to work out my abs. It is super simple to use. You lay down and place your head on the support cushion, position your hands on the non slip foam grip and then slowly start repititions.
One thing that I dislike about this is it is bulky and takes up a lot of room. Overall I highly recommend this!

I find regular situps very hard to do. Every time I try I give up after several attempts. I wondered whether an ab roller would help.
Well this looks easy enough to use. Not to hard impact workout. Looks like it would be good not only for abs but burning calories!
I work full time and is worried about my figure all the time .Because I have to sit whole day in my office work on computers .this is affecting my figure .tummy getting out etc.this looks like it can work wonder for me
Hey this looks like it is simple and might work really well for a reasonable price.
it looks good but it only targets the abs. what about the other parts of the body. I tried hip hop abs which also target the abs and other muscles.
I've been thinking about getting one of these, but I've wondered if it was worth the $20. I'll go ahead and get it since you say to! :)
How is it on your neck? I've found that my neck hurts after using this for a while, the only thing I don't like about mine...
