I have a slightly borderline high blood pressure. Before I bought this meter, whenever my doctor measure my blood pressure at his clinic, unknowingly I felt very stressed and surely my blood pressure shoots up. Thus the decision to buy this meter so that I can take my blood pressure in a more relax atmosphere at home.
Pros: It is very easy to use, lightweight and very convenient to bring along when travelling because it comes with a carrying case. To use, I just need to wrap the cuffs (which are made to fit people with arm circumference of nine inches to thirteen inches) around my arm and squeeze the bulb to inflate. Within seconds, the blood pressure readings and pulse rate are shown in large display on the screen. I can also keep track of all my previous readings, to show to my doctor on my next visit there.
Cons: None that I can think of

I believe these are the bp kits that you can get bigger cuffs if you want. I have used these and they are pretty good.
