I am so excited to own this Zune. It was so easy to set up. It came with a startup CD and I just had to install it to my computer. The instructions had me connect the Zune and it updated it then, too.
The Zune is everything I need when I am on the go. I can play videos, music, view pictures, plays podcasts. It is great. It also has an am/fm tuner.
The first time I charged it, it took 3 hours to charge, but the battery lasted so long. It was a while before I had to recharge it. The sound quality is great and so is the picture quality. I definitely would recommend this and feel it is just as good as similar products that are much higher priced.
The warranty is 1 year.

I have to agree. The picture quality is great on the Zune and the software easily converts most video formats to Zune acceptable formats.
