EBC Green Brake Pads - Higher Performance?

Reviewing: Ebc High Performance Brake Pads
Purchased at: Burson's Auto Parts     Price: $85.00 AUD

Not so long ago, i replaced the brake pads on a vehicle of mine, including both front and rear disk brakes. I replaced the pads with EBC High Perforance Brake pads, standing out from the crowd with organic green brake material. Once installed, and worn in with the proper braking procedures (in order to set pads in), i noticed an immediate difference to my previous weak pads. Not only did they grip harder then any other pads i had installed before, but they were alot cooler to the touch after a drive, and seemed to keep the calipers themselves cooler.

At an expensive price of $85 Aust, these pads to me, should have no downfalls or problems, however after a week or so of driving, i had experienced bad green dust all over my calipers, and a buildup along the inner rim of my wheel, leaving me a bit annoyed.

Other then that, the pads were good, they did everything that was said on the box. Consider the "Green Stuff" brand next time your buying brake pads.
From what i've been told at my local Auto Store, the pads are a great upgrade for any factory braking system and if you can afford it, get the EBC pads.
