Eddie Bauer 5 Point Harness Carseat

This is a great carseat from Eddie Bauer. The carseat has three levels for the straps to fit into, so the carseat grows with your child. The carseat also has armrest which are a comfort item for the child. It also has head rest, so that way if your child falls asleep while driving then they have somwhere to rest their head on. The carseat is a dark gray, so any stains or spills that are spilled on it do not show as much because it is a darker color.
The 5 point harness is a safe carseat to get because it protects your child very securly. This carseat goes up to about 80 pounds, that is one reason we bought it.
I am very pleased with the carseat as we have had it now for over one year. It is very comfortable, easy to install and great quality.
I wanted to add that this carseat only harnesses to 40 lbs. Once a child hits 40lbs or their shoulders are past the top harness slot, they must use the seat without the internal harness in booster mode. It also does not make a great booster. The belt guides are closed, which means the seat belt can catch and creat slack. Car Seat Technicians recommend belt guides that are open, like the ones in the Graco Turbo or Evenflo Everest.
