Edge Shave Gel Will You Get Nicked? By April on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Shhh, don't tell my husband, but I sometimes use this shaving gel for my legs! Made for men, this shaving gel easily adapts to a woman's legs. For the softer hair on a woman, the gel allows your razor blade to glide over your leg, giving a close shave that doesn't nick your skin. For a woman, it works great! When used for its' actual purpose, men's beards ad moustaches, it does a pretty good job. My husband has that five o'clock shadow that is sometimes hard to shave well. The shaving gel smooths on well, allows the razor to glide over the skin, and smells great. It does seem to allow nicks in the softer, more pliable skin of the jawline, but otherwise leaves the skin without that bad feel of razor burn. It does allow for a close shave; and it's nice not to feel the brush of his facial hair when he kisses me! Overall, the shaving gel does its' job, making it a good buy.
Edge Sensitive Skin with Aloe Purchased at: Meijer Price: $2.17 for 7 oz.

That's the only shaving product I will use. Beats the foam!!!
I buy this brand for my husband but have never tried it myself, thanks for the information.
My hubby likes this brand in the sensitive skin style. Interesting about the nicks, I know he gets them sometimes, I didn't know shave gel could affect that - I just thought he was being careless!
I use my husbands shaving gel too..shhhh...lol. It seems that they make theirs for more sensitive skin or something. I love it!
