Egg Slicer Plus

This is a kitchen accessory made by Pampered Chef. Do not let the name fool you, it does more than slice eggs. You can use this for garnishes on your entrees. This has heavy duty type strings which essentially will cut the egg or other type of food. You place the egg (or food) onto the curved tray of the slicer and then bring the top down to actually slice the egg or food. You can slice eggs, mushrooms, strawberries basically anything that you would like cut into small, thin pieces.

I personally use the egg slicer for strawberries. I cut the tops off and then use the egg slicer to cut thin pieces of the strawberry. It makes the strawberry easier to eat especially for my children.

This has a 2-year warranty and we have placed it in the dishwasher for washing with no problems.
