I purchased this weed eater from walmart because it was the most inexpensive and I figure it would get the job done. The assembly of the unit was very easy. This is an electric weed eater and you will need an extension cord. The box does make it clear. The unit is very lightweight and real easy to maneuver. It did a good job of trimming the grass and weeds. The weed eater does have a line which cuts the grass. The instruction manual indicates that you can advance the line while the trimmer is in use. I could never get that feature to work. One of my dislikes is that every time I needed more line I had to unplug the unit, turn it over and manually pull the line. This to me was very time-consuming. I would recommend this weed eater because it is very easy to use for adults and teens.
