This mascara by ELF is a great idea. it is a set of regular and waterproof mascara attatched together in the middle. However, the quality isn't so great. The website advertises thats it's long lasting, smudge and smear proof, but these are not entirely true. When you rub your eyes, the mascara smudges around your face. Also, throughout the day, small flakes of mascara end up on your cheeks as they escape your eyelashes. Furthermore, the brush that comes with the set is not very good, as it just makes the mascara look clumpy. I have found that this mascara didn't do a very good job of lengthening my eyelashes either. As my lashes are already dark, I don't need something that just makes them darker. I am lookign for a bit of volume or length. So, this mascara will do if you're looking for a cheap price, but expect cheap results.
