Eyes Lips Face Cosmetics, also known as ELF, has some outstanding products. Their liquid eyeliner is one. Coming in many shades, you have lots to choose from. I have a steady hand, so, applying this is no problem for me. I love how smoothly it goes on. No eyelash wrinkling, or feathering at all. Also, there's no clumping, which is a major problem with liquid eyeliners. I love how long the eyeliner lasts. I never have to reapply it. The brush itself helps with the application, as it has just the right amount of stiffness to it. You get quite a bit of product for your money. The product also has a very faint smell, which is better than most. I definitely will buy this again.
