Elite Beat Agents is a big surprise. This is one of the best Nintendo DS games to own. Elite Beat Agents gameplay is actually a little hard to describe. You have to keep the beat to the song by tapping on the bottom of the screen. The premise is that the Elite Beat Agents help people in trouble out through several comic book-like stories by keeping the beat to songs. The game has a great learning curve that starts off easy, but definitely gets challenging by the end of the game. Each story has a full song. Completing each story unlocks new stories with new songs. Sadly, this is not the best selection of songs. Most are annoying pop music hits that makes it a great game for kids, but sadly makes the game a little awkward for adults to play. The graphic style is a mix featuring some great 2-D visuals, but a iittle lacking on the 3-D character models. In all, Elite Beat Agents is a great challenging game that kids (and maybe adults) will enjoy.
