Elle Sunglasses with full UV protection

When I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping at my favorite store Kohl's, I found this pair of ELLE sunglasses at the clearance price of only $3.00. At first I was going to purchase them for myself but I was short a few stocking stuffers for my daughter so I got them for her instead.

These Elle glasses have a very retro Mod 60's look to them which is what I loved when I first saw them. They have white rectangular shaped frames with gold accents on the sides where the hinges are that are imprinted with the ELLE name on them. They offer 100% UV protection and are well tinted but not so much that they distort the colors of things you are looking at. I can't stand it when glasses make everything look really dark or a pink or green color. Those may look cool but I actually want to see the true colors of what is around me. They have wide arms and fit snugly but comfortably. They are made of heavy plastic except for the hinges and the nameplates on the sides so they are strong. Because they are a molded plastic though there is no way to adjust the nose area so they may not fit some as well as others.

My daughter loves these sunglasses and I am a little jealous that I did not keep them for myself since they are so nice. She has worn them as much as she can since it's been winter since she got them but now that it's warming up, I am sure she will be wearing them all the time. Now, I just need to find another pair for me.
