Emerilware T Fal Deep Fryer By Steven Rupp on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

There are alot of deep fryers on the market, with prices ranging from $20 to several hundred dollars. The Emerilware T-Fal Deep Fryer sets itself apart with the way it handles the number one problem with deep fryers - What do you do with the oil? This fryer is stainless steel with a computerized brain. When you are done cooking, you open the drain. The computer will only let it drain out when it reaches a proper cool temperature. It then filters it into a container built into the bottom. You then remove the container, and refrigerate/store it. The next time you use it, you just pour the oil out into the fryer again. You never have to touch the oil, it is always being filtered, and the fryer will indicate when the oil needs to be changed! No more guesswork, oily messes, dirty/wasted oil. It is easier, healthier, cleaner, and will save money on the oil costs in the long run. Besides this really innovative feature, it is an excellent deep fryer, as you would expect from the Emeril and T-Fal names.
