Emigrant Direct Online Savings Account

I opened an online savings account with Emmigrant Direct about 1 1/2 years ago because of the very high interest they were paying on their savings account.The hardest part was setting up the account.I got a little confused and ended up calling their customer service to help me.They were very nice and walked me through what I needed to do.After the account was set up, I started making some small deposits and withdrawals to make sure everything was working properly.Now I have it set-up to take money out of my account on every payday.If I need to with draw money, it is very easy to set-up a transfer.It is usually deposited into my regular brick and morter bank account the next day.There has only been a couple of instances that it took longer and that was usually because of bank holidays or weekends.I've been very happy with Emmigrant Direct and the high rate of interest they pay on savings accounts.
