I have lived in my house for 4 years now and I knew it was time to get new carpeting. The carpeting that was put in with the house was to stay the least..cheap!!!
I had been seeing the commercials for Empire but was skeptical about calling and havinging someeone come out to the house, you know high pressure sales and all. Well I decided to take a chance, I can always say no and not answer the phone if they start to bug me. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The salesman came out at night on my time, brought in all kinds of samples and just let me ask the questions.
I was really impressed with their selections and colors. If you are interested in off colors they probably wouldn't do but they have a nice selection to choose from!
He measured my house gave me the estimate, which included everything, labor, padding and carpet. I was having the living room, dining room and hall way done. I really like the price but I wanted to do some checking around, so I told him I would need to think about and get back to him. He left me the measurements and the exact carpet that I had picked out. I checked around and no one could beat their price.
I called them back on a Wednesday and had the carpeting installed that Saturday. I loved the idea that I didn't have to take time off of work! Two men came out at the exact time they said they would be and had it installed iin about 4 hours. Oh yeah , they moved all the furniture, I didn't have to move anything and they got rid of all the old carpteting! The job was done great and I love the carpeting. I am going to have my bedroom done this spring!!

Wow. I didn't know any companies like that existed anymore lol. At least, I never find any. This was a terrific deal as well. I wonder if they are around here. I will keep them in mind when we plan on changing carpet. Thanks for the information!

I am so singing this song in my mind now! I think this concept is so much better than trying to find carpet in the stores and get someone to actually show up when they should. I need to get some new carpet installed in a few rooms in my home this summer. I will be taking your advice and calling 1-800 EMPIRE !!!
I have seen this commercial many times and always wondered about them. Sounds like a great company. I can't believe they moved your furniture for you. I have never heard of that before!

I have tried to use this company and they are not available in my location. Which is extremely annoying considering I see the commercial every 10 minutes.
Great to hear! we have that company here too... I was a skeptic too! we might need new carpet sooner than i thought- the dogs scratched a hole by there kennel! great!
Totally agree with you about Empire! We used them to install our wood floors-they came out on a Tuesday & they were installed the next day! They certainly were not high pressured to us too & we appreciated that! I love the neutral color of your carpet!
