Energizer has jumped on the bandwagon of the latest technology in rechargeable batteries, the NiMH with this product! This battery is amazing as far as rechargeable batteries go. It lasts a long time for those electronics that use up a whole lot of power in a relatively short amount of time. A friend let me borrow this battery for my paintball gun and I've been happy with it ever since.

I've found the rechargeable batteries are best used for short-term, high-energy products like digital cameras, but not long-term, low-energy products like remote controls which are best reserved for alkalines. If you remember this, you won't ever be disappointed by a rechargeable battery. The only other complaint is that it requires you to charge the battery before the first use, so don't expect to be able to use it when you're in an emergency - use alkalines instead.
