Enterprise Rental Car

I was recently given a rental for an accident I was involved in. The insurance company made me reservations with Enterprise rental car. I called up there on a Friday with my reservation number and informed them I was picking up on Monday. The customer service was great and I had no problems.

I went to pick up my vehicle and had no problems there at the counter as well. The staff was courteous. I ended up getting a Mazda type car. It was nice, however whomever had it before smoked in it. There was the stale smell of smoke. The inside and outside are not as clean as I have seen with other rentals, but it would do.

The cost per day was average, in the mid $20's with unlimited mileage. However I did not have to pay for this part.

I would use them again, the customer service blew me out of the water.
