The product has a very pleasant lemon-lime flavor, and is pleasant to drink.I can't say for certain if it really boosts the immune system.My son is sick today with what seems to be the stomach flu, so I took a dose.At this time, I don't feel that I'm getting what he's got, even though I have been in close contact with him.The product seems like a very good idea to me, and it certainly is worth the money just to get the nutritional supplement.
