I purchased Equate Naproxen Sodium 220 mg Tablets right after having oral surgery to remove impacted wisdom teeth, at the recommendation of my oral surgeon. The product is the store brand version of Aleve, which is promoted as providing long term pain relief with only one tablet.

I found that the product worked just as promised. I was permitted to take two tablets on my first dose. Often I didn't need another, because it knocked the pain out on the first try. As the product promises, you don't need to dose again within 8 hours. The product is effective at relieving headaches, aches and pains associated with the common cold, toothache, muscular aches and menstrual cramps.

Overall I was very pleased with this product and had no problems with it. The price was very reasonable, far lower than the name brand product.
