I purchased Equate's Night Time Sleep Aid at my local Walmart for $1.99. Each mini-caplet contained 25 mg of Diphenhydramine HCI. There are a total of 24 caplets in the package. On the packaging it says that you can compare these to the product, Simply Sleep Nighttime Sleep Aid. These are a cheaper version of it. I've always had a problem with sleeping so I usually purchase over the counter sleeping aids.

These caplets were fairly effective for me. I would take one caplet a day about an hour before I went to sleep. It took about 30 minutes to 1 hour before I began to feel the effects of the sleeping pill. I did wake up every now and then (generally a few hours into sleep) but I didn't have a problem with falling back asleep. They do leave me though a little irritable after I have taken a pill. I dislike the packaging with this product. They aren't in the bottle like their 50 mg version. These are in a packaging that you have to tear through and it's an absolute pain. I always have to use a scissors or a pair of tweezers to pry through it. Other than that, I am happy with this product and have been buying it for awhile now. I do recommend it.
