Ergo Baby Carrier

Reviewing: Ergo Indigo/Green
Purchased at: Cotton Babbies     Price: $92.00 USD

I have used slings in the past, with little success.I wasn't happy with the comfort of the sling.I knew there were other baby carriers out there, and read about the Ergo Baby Carrier. It is one of the best baby purchases I've made! The Ergo is completely adaptable to all sizes of babies, up to 40 pounds. That sounds like a lot of weight, but the Ergo does things right.I have a bad upper back and this carrier distributes the weight evenly so that it does not put unnecessary strain on your muscles. For the first time since my baby was born, we were able to walk around hands free.We ate in restuarants, shopped, and walked on the beach on our latest vacation. The carrier is so comfy for baby that he fell asleep almost instantly, and even when he wakes up he seems very content in his Ergo.It comes in a variety of colors and I can't wait to get a second Ergo...maybe a third ;)

This sounds like a very nice carrier. I wish I had one like this when my boys were first born. Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like a great carrier! A bit pricey but worth it if you can get things done and baby is happy!

It's literally something I still use every single day :) I would have paid 10 times as much thinking back on it! a BILLION times better than the cheapo ones we got (snuggli etc) ~ Jenn

Any product that can keep baby close to Mom without straining the back is a wonderful find.
