“Escape to God” is a great story about a family that moves to the wilderness of Montana in order to find a closer spiritual walk to God. This book by Jim Hohnberger has been very inspiration to me and my family.

Jim shares from his personal experiences very candidly about being an “un-converted” Christian - talking the talk, but not truly walking the walk where it counted the most. Successful in many areas of his life, he found that he was lacking at the one area that mattered the most.

Reading this book has personally given me a new outlook on country living, and a real desire for a closer walk with Christ. Jim has experienced something that I think very few who claim to be Christians can honestly say they have: a day-to-day, moment-by-moment walk with a personal saviour.

I have to give this book a definite A, as a modern-day true-to-life parable that will inspire you to walk closer with God. If you are a Christian seeking a closer walk with God, this book will inspire you to start now, right where you are at.

If you're not a Christian, this book might just open your eyes to the real mission of Christ: to change the lives of people in a real way.
