Eset NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 is one the best antivirus we have today. This product was first developed in 1992 by Slovekian company. It's a reliable product. NOD32 is an antivirusproduct which protect your system from dangerous malware threats. This product is very light on system resources and offer a strong protection. This product doesn't have a firewall protection, so you must install a 3rd party firewall on your system to ensure that you are protected.
Eset NOD32 has a tough proactive defence protection. Proactive defence protection is the AI (artificial intelligence) of antivirus products. NOD32 has a very good proactive defence mechanism by which it catches the threats based on the behaviour of the programs or applications. This proactive defence system doesn't depend on the virus definitions but it intelligently observes the behaviour of applications and block those applications which are doing suspicious things. I used to have this one, it was one of the best I recall. Also extremely light, didn't hog your resources even on a limited and old system.
Not bad, right now I rely on free alternatives like avast and avg which seem to hold up pretty well. I never heard of NOD32 though..
