Eton A.R.C. Radio Amfmnoaa By JOEY on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This is a basic am/fm/weather radio that I found on the shelf at Radio Shack this past weekend. It comes in red or white colors or at least that is what was on the shelf that day. It has what is called a dynamo crank to recharge the battery as well as a built in light for emergencies.

I powered it up and liked what I heard. It sounded very good and for the price of 49.99 I felt that the Eton company had done a pretty nice job of this product.

I tuned thru various spots on the fm frequencies and it did a fairly good job of finding what I wanted to listen to. I also checked out to see how the am band reception was. It did fine there as well. It received the weather channels well also. The one thing I like about Radio Shack is they always have a gang of Radio's to choose from. This is a nice unit for the price.
