I purchased this vacuum because of the 12 amps of power and the Hepa filter. The vacuum was very easy to assemble out of the box. the owner's manual was very clear and concise. I do like the wide path area that the vacuum provides. It is very easy to transistion from carpet to bare floor. I also like the light feature on the vacuum also. The bags for the vacuum are very easy to find. What I dislike about the vacuum. The vacuum is definitely not lightweight. It is very heavy to carry up and down stairs. I also dislike the Hepa filter. It is very difficult to find ones that fit the vacuum and I happen to need 2 for this vacuum. This is a big NEGATIVE. I also do not like the hose. The hose is not very durable and I know it will crack in time. No I would not recommend this vacuum to others and yes I do plan on replacing this vacuum in the very near future. I would say in the next month or two.
