I think that for a breast pump this one is ok for occasional use. If I were to need one often I would not buy this one. It comes with 1 bottle, a few breast pads, a nice carry bag (but you can not fit all of the parts into the bag), and the pump.

The pump is really loud and makes it impossible to even hear the baby with it on. Also I have not found any accessories or a larger part for bigger nipples so it can hurt a milk supply.

The suction is not very strong and it seems to take over 30 minutes to really get most of the milk out. The parts are also not very easy to clean.

Overall I would not buy this pump unless you only need to use it maybe once a week. I need a pump more often and now I know to just spend a little more money to get a much better product.
